I have worked with homeless people and in women’s shelters. I Served on the Board of Directors for the Executive Women International of Dallas, which provided scholarships and encouraged community involvement.

I have completed continuing education courses in entrepreneurship, branding, and communication. I hold a certificate in the Division of Enterprise from University of Texas at Arlington.

I grew up in California with 4 siblings. My husband and I now live in Arlington, TX with our two daughters.

I love all things about serving the needs of the people. I received the President’s Volunteer Service Award for four consecutive years. I have also volunteered in a community outreach ministry, providing services to people locally, nationally, and internationally.
